Manuscripts are invited at the intersections of, though not limited to, the following domains:

All submissions undergo a strict double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent external reviewers, with a third adjudicator engaged in cases of conflicting assessments. EUMJ operates on a Diamond Open Access model: there are no article processing charges, no submission fees, and no subscription barriers. Authors retain full copyright, and accepted articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

• Authors must ensure full compliance with the journal's Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy, which follows the guidelines of COPE, ICMJE, and WAME.
• Each submission must include a Conflict-of-Interest declaration, a Data Availability Statement, and, where applicable, confirmation of Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Research Ethics Committee approval.
• Authorship must satisfy the ICMJE's four criteria, and a CRediT contributor role statement is required for all co-authored works.
• The use of generative AI tools is limited to language polishing and must be disclosed in the Methods section; AI tools may not be listed as authors.

All manuscripts will be screened through Turnitin/iThenticate. Submissions with an overall similarity index exceeding 30 percent, or containing any block of five or more consecutive sentences copied verbatim without proper citation, will be rejected at the desk-screening stage.
